We're open! We've missed you!
The safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. As we have re-opened to serve our patients, we are stringently following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including social distancing. Our new office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm, by appointment only.
In order to maintain a safe environment, we are taking these measures:
- We are limiting the number of patients in the office to comply with social distancing.
- All eye examinations, glasses and contact lens pick-ups, repairs and adjustments are by appointment only!
- Touchless glasses and contact lens pick-ups. Direct ship for contact lens orders is available.
- Pre-appointment wellness forms. Before your appointment, we will text you a link to a wellness form. This is to ensure the safety of both our employees and other patients. If you are feeling unwell, or show any symptoms of COVID-19, please get in touch with us to reschedule your appointment.
- Curbside waiting. To adhere to social distancing rules, we ask that you please wait in your car when you arrive at our office. Check in by texting us at our office phone number, and we will call you back to review your history and let you know when it is safe for you to come in.
- Please come to your appointment by yourself, unless you are a minor or require a caregiver.
- Increased disinfection. We are increasing how frequently we clean and sanitize our office, and employees are mandated to wash their hands, like always.
- Patients and staff must all have their temperature checked, must wear a mask (unless you are 2 years old or under), and must have their hands sanitized prior to entry into the office. If your temperature is over 100 degrees, we will ask you to reschedule and to see your pcp about your symptoms.
